Service shall begin at the time of receipt of Signed and Completed Service Agreement of Client by Doan Solutions, and will continue until the earlier of :
1) Receipt of advice from the United States Dept. of Education (DOE) that client’s loans cannot be consolidated.
2) Consolidation of clients loans is completed.
3) Failure of client to timely communicate with Doan Solutions and/or properly furnish to Doan Solutions such information or documentation as requested by phone or email, as needed to fulfill the requirement of the DOE.
4) One year from the date of this agreement.
